Everything everyone else has written about this dealership is correct. I was just in there not knowing about this review site and this was my experience. Im a first time buyer/rider and i want to 08 ninja 250, i called and they were nice enough to call back a week later when it was in stock. I drove up from Vero Beach (far drive) to pick it up and brought cash. The ninja is a 3499 msrp, and i researched enough to know that i will be paying at least 3800 (if the dealer is very awesome) or up to 4500 (if the dealer wanted to stick it to you) The sales guy said that it would be 5200!!out the door. I told him that if they want to sell the bike to call me but that price is a JOKE! Later i found it at a dealership in west palm for 4300 otd. Take my advice ((STAY AWAY))

Went to House of Power to buy a specific bike. Dean, the Sales Manager, tried to sell me a different bike, by a different manufacturer. When I repeated that the make, model, colour, year of the bike I wanted, he told me he had one "in storage" and asked if I was ready to buy now. When he figured the price, it was $1000 over ARS Powersports in Okeechobee. I called the manufacturer of the bike I wanted and found out that House of Power did NOT have this bike "in storage" or anywhere else in their inventory. When I let the manufacturer know of the actions of Dean, trying to sell me another manufacturer`s bike and then quoting me an excessive price for their bike, they were unamused. I ordered the bike I wanted from ARS Powersports an outstanding dealership. My advice: Steer clear of House of Power. They are inexperienced, will be untruthful and try to either sell you something NOT in their inventory or a bike that you don`t want. This is the worst dealership out there.

I would like to take this opportunity to warn others to steer clear. They are very high priced and employ an extremely high pressure sales staff. The sales staff has been typically uninformed per my experiences there. There also seems to be a lack of interest when it comes to customer service. More than once I have been given the impression that they just don`t want to be bothered with an individual`s specific wants or needs. I inquired about lowering a particular model bike for my vertically challenged wife and was told it couldn`t be done. Truth is, it is simple and I have done it myself. I got the impression they just didn`t want to be bothered by it. They seem to prey upon first time buyers and specialize in obtaining financing for those with less than perfect credit. They thrive upon uneducated consumers and their high dollar marketing lures them in. They are very high priced and will not give you a straight price until they have you physically sitting at a sales table. Don`t believe me? Give `em a try.

Everything I have heard about this place sums up to them ripping people off, selling them too much bike for their ability level and laughing at them while doing so and charging one girl twice the msrp for her $2999 250cc bike. PLEASE save yourself lots of problems and DON\`T GO to House of Power.
