My bike sat there for 10 days waiting for a part. I was told it was on back order however when I went to another dealership to find out the part was sitting in a GA warehouse they just hadn`t ordered it yet. You shouldn`t lie to customers.

ASKED A SIMPLE ELECTRICAL QUESTION OVER THE PHONE AND WAS TOTALLY MISLED. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ONLY WANT YOU TO TAKE BIKE IN FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION. FOR YOUR INFO IT WAS WHAT COLOR WIRES CONNECT TO EACH OTHER AT THE REGULATOR CONNECTION. HOW DIFFICULT CAN THAT BE SINCE THEY HAVE ALL OF THE DIAGRAMS?

these parts guys rock!! They always go above and beyond to see that I am up-to-date on my kawasaki accessories. They always make you feel like you are the only one at the counter....AAA++++
