The parts guy Jesse will do whatever he can to make sure that you leave with what you want and need and not what the dealership wants you to buy from them. As for the service department, I have only used them once and had an ok experience with them, price was a litle steep but all in all they did a good job.

I ordered 2 helmets on Sat. I was told they would be in by Wed. When I showed up on Wed. they were expected by the following Friday. The parts guy "Jessie" let me use his personal $700 Shoei and let me also use his well over $800 Soumy for my girlfriend. The fact that another parts guy took my order and promised me my helmets by a certin date and then didn`t deliver on the aggrement pissed me off. But by Jessie allowing me to just ride out with over $1400 in helmets really shows that some parts guys are not just in it for the commission. I will only deal with Jessie from now on, and you should do the same.

Bought the Bike (1500 Vulcan) with out the normal bump and grind me up in price that the other dealers try to do. Asked for and got, an out the door, very fair price. From the time I arrived to the time I drove my bike out it was about an hour. This included price negotiating (5 minutes), financing (15 minutes) bike prep (40 minutes). The first service was done while I waited within a short time. The parts guys helped me with some aftermarket accessories and had them when they said they would. EVERYONE was Very helpful all the way around. Overall, Purcell`s is the only place in town I can recommend. Bob.in.Jax

got a good price on a bike but parts department sucks... ordered 3 times now from then never had anything in stock and never call when part is in. unreasonable wait time for parts as well(dont know if that is the case or if it comes in and sits there till you take the time to call or go by there.
