I have been buy bikes and using the Adamec family for my service over 8 years I`ve always been treated with respect. Shops screw up sometimes but Adamec rest assure will take the fall to please a customer.

Scott Adams from Ademec called me himself to correct my problem. I am very impressed at how he quickly took care of the situation and made me a repeat customer. I will review the dealership again, because Scott gets a 10. But I do plan using the services again.

I have had my bike in for service now 4 times for the same problem. After the 4th time I decided to bring it to Big Bike and the problem was fixed the first time.

I have used this shop for many years, Scott and the entire Adamec family has been great to me!
