I had an o.k. experience I guess...bought a new bike but I think the sales staff could of done more.

My bike has been serviced here many times, I buy my parts, tires, pretty much everything. i don`t do internet because I get a great deal here.

They always do the work right. If my bike is immobilized they trailer it for free and their prices are OK.
