As an MSR member you will receive enormous benefits! Advertising your Dealership and shop has never been easier within the motorcycle community. As new riders enter the market a dealership and shops reputation is crucial! As a member you will have the ability to upload information about your services, daily specials, item’s for sale and view the amount of traffic coming in. 70% of our budget goes directly to advertising however because our services are free to motorcyclists the amount of traffic generated grows on a daily basis.

Reviews

MSR’s review system and process allows MSR to validate any and all reviews coming into our system. MSR will contact members regarding any negative reviews submitted about the dealership or shop, if the customer does not respond to our inquiries or is unwilling to resolve the negative review MSR will not post the negative review. Members may also login to the site and make comments about reviews positive or negative.

Login

Members will be able to access their page and update information, add comments and also post responses to any review positive or negative. Members will be able to view reports such as weekly hits and searches for a particular zip codes and cities. Members will also be able to send out mass emails letting customers know about monthly specials.

Dispute Resolution

As a member; customers and members may open a dispute at any time. If at any time a customer or a member feels a mediator is needed to resolve an issue MSR will assist in working with both parties to resolve any issue. We believe sometimes an outside 3rd party is needed to bring light to any situation.

Membership Costs

An annual membership costs $100.00 or you have the option to be billed via credit card at $10.00 per month which gives you all the benefits of all our services; as we have heard it stated to us before, it’s a no brainier
