Founded in 2006 and rapidly growing to be the industry standard; MSR offers a unique service to the motorcycle industry; providing motorcycle dealers, repair facilities and accessories shops an opportunity to resolve conflicts between the facility and there customers. Our service has a proven track record in thwarting off small claim and larger claim lawsuits between the shop and customers. In addition, resolving typical conflicts between customers and shops which could lead to a bad reputation with in the industry. In addition to our mediation services we offer customers a chance to write reviews on each shop. Positive reviews can increase business as new customers enter the market place seeking a new and reputable shop.

Our staff is comprised of motorcycle enthusiasts so we understand the industry in fact, one of our requirements to work for MSR is that you are a motorcycle enthusiast or have experience in the motorcycle industry.
